I was very pleasantly surprised by how early the technician arrived. Chris C was very commutative about when he was going to arrive and what the issue was with my garage door. He answered all my questions. He explained the different options for fixing the options and did not try to upsale me. He fixed the issue in a timely manner. Thanks Chris

We had an issue programming our new car, remote garage door opener with our garage doors. I called Precision late in the afternoon, and they had someone out early the next a.m. The scheduling person was professional, polite and very efficient. The morning of the scheduled visit, the technician, Scotty Johnson, called and texted me to advise he could come earlier if OK with me. In spite of the new technology in the car, Scotty knew exactly what to do and had the remote functioning in no time. He too was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. Start to finish an exceptional, service experience! Use them!

Torsion spring on 13-yr old double door broke 6:30 pm. Called 24/7 phone number and scheduled repair for next morning. They arrived at 8:30 am as scheduled and replaced 2 springs and serviced other things. Price seemed a bit high but they explained it well before doing work.

When I found my garage was door broken, I was confident the whole thing would need to be replaced and it would be a 2 day+ job. Andy came out the same day I called Precision Garage Door for help and was able to fix everything in an hour. All their technicians carry the parts in their trucks to fix things on the spot, so your door doesn't sit broken for days or weeks. Andy also took the time to walk me through all the repairs and explain what needed to be replaced and why. Overall, great experience and would highly highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to watch a highly skilled professional walk through a step-by-step analysis of the situation and develop a step-by-step plan to make the necessary repairs and adjustments to resolve all the problems. From first telephone contact with precision door to job being completed job well done. They actually came out and measured the door unlike the others I contacted. The others just wanted to know size of door by taking my word. At each appointment time the guys called to state that they were in enroute. They all semed to be knowledgeable about their work and friendly. I having limited tools and skills I am more than pleased with job. Maybe I should get an application and become a team player.

We had an early visit to address an on-going issue with our garage door from Michael Ottoman this morning.
