Great service but extreamly expensive i would shop it out. 1200. For two hours work including parts.

We are sorry you felt the cost of the repair was too expensive. Our parts are heavy duty, high cycle parts and we stand behind them. Not all companies provide the same quality parts which is why the cost is cheaper with other companies. The quote you approved included upgraded parts and a 7 year warranty so its very likely you will not have an issue with this particular service for a long time. The service guy was good. But the service is overly expensive. We just had to get the remote calibrated to the garage and they charged $100 for that. Then he said the door is not installed well, so he said he will calibrate the same, he just tightened the screws and charged 120 for that. So for 30 mins job we were charged $240. Which is ridiculous. Also, he was trying to sell us the remote for $69. Same ditto remote is available for $30 online. Not recommended. Arjun & Divya

Good service by technician but very, very expensive. Although a discount, 233$ for less than 30’ of work without change any spare is really too much and without any warranty because the brand of system wasn’t the one expected. In my previous house I spent 150$ for the same issue with another company. I think I’ll not call Precision anymore.

I would not recommend using this company. I found their pricing to be exorbitant to other competitors for a spring change. Additionally the tech left a mess in my garage and chipped in to the drywall. He made no effort to clean up or repair the damage to the wall. For paying well over a thousand dollars, I would have expected better service. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours to repair our garage. If you are looking for immediate service, they can be helpful but be prepared to pay a premium
